Running Around

Allowing the rush of life to diminish helps to bring about a tide of being that relaxes body mind and soul into its real being of light and happiness yet struggling against the tide brings uneasy disquiet – so go with the flow and be discerning, look for the signs and trust that the road you choose is the right one for you at that moment.

I have been rushing around chasing my tail for the last two months, doing tons of things as well as travelling a lot and then I realised I was still behind in everything I was doing so I looked at myself really carefully and thought when was the last time you really meditated and took some quiet time out for yourself – and I couldn’t actually remember. So now is the moment.
