The weather forecast for today is rain and rain and more rain – pants really!!!! However, I was up really early this morning and out with Winnie Dog – the weather men got it wrong – the sun was and still is shining.

Winnie dog has been unwell for the last month and is only just getting back into walking long distances again and today she wanted to be out in the fields chasing rabbits, which is great. It all got a little hazardous when we suddenly got chased by some frisky baby cows (pretty scary) and were forced to go back the way we had come. Then all of sudden right in front of me in bright sunlight – no rain – just Sunshine there was the most amazing double Rainbow I have ever seen as I watched the rainbow got brighter and brighter and bigger and bigger it was so thrilling I could only stand still and watch. Then to add to the wonder two planes crossed under the rainbow and the white trails they leave in the sky formed an enormous kiss in the arc, so fab, fab and more fab. The amazing experience lasted for over half an hour.

It is a very encouraging sign that all is well and the right decisions are being made, it is also of course a fantastic sign that magic is in the air – so watch this space. Also makes you wonder who said No Rain – No Rainbows.
